Paul came to Stockton from the Vacaville area.
In 1973, he formed the Chapman Company, a
construction and development firm which operated
until 2004 doing building and land development
projects throughout the Central Valley. Paul joined
the FCRE team in 2006 and is knowledgeable
about land development and building of residential
and commercial projects. Paul specializes in the
sale and leasing of light industrial properties and
land development projects.
