Kathy worked in commercial investment real
estate for a major developer for over 24 years
, focusing primarily on apartments and retail
properties. In 2008, she received her Broker’s
license and joined FCRE. Kathy received her
BS degree from Sac State and MBA in Taxation
from Golden Gate University. More recently, she
completed a series of graduate level investment
real estate courses. Her focus at FCRE is on
investment properties including apartments, land,
retail, and office buildings. Kathy is very excited
about real estate and enjoys assisting clients in
meeting their investment objectives.
